Dr Md Uzir Hossain Uzir

Dr. Md. Uzir Hossain Uzir is a Senior Lecturer-I (Assistant Professor) at Taylor's Business School, Taylor's University, Malaysia. Previously, he served at Putra Business School, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), and earlier at the Faculty of Economics, Business, and Social Development (FBESD), Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT), Malaysia, as a Senior Lecturer. He began his academic career as a Lecturer at Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Dr. Uzir obtained his doctoral degree from Putra Business School (PBS), Malaysia the first AACSB-accredited business school in the country where he conducted his PhD research on brand loyalty for electronic home appliances in Bangladesh under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Abu Bakar Abdul Hamid.He has published more than 28 Scopus-indexed articles in high-impact journals, including: International Journal of Consumer Studies (JCR: Q1; IF: 9.00)
